- Do you solely work as a Buyers'
Agent; representing only buyers' fiduciary interests?
- Are you a full-time Realtor,
i.e., is real estate your only paying work? If not, what else
do you do?
- How many hours a week do you devote totally to real estate?
- How long have you actively been in real estate?
- Are you a Realtor?
- Are you a current member of the Multiple Listing System?
- Do you have both a sales
and broker's license?
- Have you achieved the real estate GRI designation?**
- Have you achieved the real estate CRS designation?**
- Have you achieved the real estate CBR designation?**
- Have you achieved the real estate RMM designation?**
- What have you done for your own professional development
recently?
- In what ways do you promote yourself as a realtor?

e-mail address(es), and do you have your own personal website(s)? Do
you use a PDA, scanner, cd burner, and digital camera in your
day-to-day operations?
